Link to Open Contact Form

Does anyone recommend a contact form plugin where I can place a “link” under a picture (for example) and when that link is clicked, a form pops up, filled out and then submitted?

I see a lot of plugins where the shortcode is placed within a page/post but i am looking to place a link where the form would normally be, and then pop up (almost like AJAX or even AJAX).
