    Thank you Aert.

    It is this Website: https://srk-engineering.de

    My Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/ez25DH.jpg

If you see it in Chrome, maybe it is a setting which I have in Chrome.
But perhaps the users also have this setting.

    Hi @bettinawp,

Thank you for providing this additional information.

I see it in Chrome, so I expect this is due to having the option “Respect Do Not Track settings in browsers” enabled in the plugin, found under Wizard > General > Security & Consent.

Meaning that if the plugin detects a Do Not Track signal from the browser (which many browsers send by default, these days), the plugin will automatically assume all your cookie preferences to be “denied”, and doesn’t display a banner (as well as the Manage Consent button) as a result.

Disabling that option in Complianz, or disabling the “Send a Do Not Track” option in Google Chrome, should resolve this.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi jarnovos,

“Respect Do Not Track settings” in Complianz is already disabled.

In my Chrome Settings “Send a Do Not Track” in already disabled.

But if you all can see the link, it seems to be a problem only in my Chrome Browser. I hope so.

    Thank you!

    Hi @bettinawp,

Alright, in that case I expect that you have an ad-blocking extension (i.e. Ghostery) that hides our banner classes, and also applies to this button.

You could verify that this is the case by visiting your site in an Incognito window in Google Chrome, as these extensions won’t be activated in Incognito mode (by default).

    Hope it helps!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Thank you Jarnovos !!!

    That’s it. Ghostery.
With incognito mode the link is visible.

Is it possible to set a link which ist visible even with Ghostery?
