Link to single post not working in less than IE8

On the blog page of a site I am working on, the links to single posts are not being recognized in IE7 or IE6. They work in IE8 and Firefox and previously worked in the older IE’s. I don’t know what changed and can’t imagine what would cause this. Any ideas?
