Link to tag and category converter pages is broken

I’m running 3.0.1 on Bluehost.com.

In the last installation, I tried to click on the link in the tags page that says, “Convert your tags to categories.” When I clicked, it took me to the journal import page, the url of which is: wp-admin/import.php

When I went to the categories page and tried clicking on the reverse link (“Convert your categories to tags”), it went to the same import page mentioned above.

After upgrading to 3.0.1, the problem still persists.

I know this is incorrect, I’ve used the converter tools before. Anyone know what’s going on here? Is anyone else running into this problem? There isn’t a way for me to fix the link, it has to be a host issue, right?
