Link to the Size chart

Hey!
On a variable product, variations are selected in inches. I provide an equivalence table in the size chart tab: https://i.imgur.com/2bieU8g.png
In the short description, I’d like to include a link that points directly to that tab. I tried with domain.com/product/product-name/#tab-size_chart, to no avail. Do you have a solution to propose? Or an alternative (like a pop-up displaying the equivalences when hovering over a link)?
