Link to toggle or section within a tab

I would like to be able to link to an accordian toggle or section within a tab. I know i can find the link to the tab to open the tab I want but I would like to also open an accordian toggle within that tab. Is that possible? I’ve tried adding sections within a tab but it doesn’t seem to work. And at one point I was able to get sections within a toggle within a tab but can’t seem to get that again.
