Link to view ticket don’t work

    Hello,

    The links to “View your ticket” in My account and on the order mails is wrong, it takes me to the main posts page.
    The links i get are something like this:
    /ticket/fHwzMzkxMC4zMzk0NS4zN35lYjExMTQ4OWRjOWFjMjQ5NGU2NDczZjM1MjA4MjM3MGRjOTE0NTcz/?n=45048acffb8e646688ba0606347e1373

    However the links to view all the tickets work
    /order-tickets/wc_order_5b3c90443c3d1/?n=45048acffb8e646688ba0606347e1373

    And is it not possible to send the ticket in a pdf through mail??

    Hey,

    We tested this on our demo site and we did not have an issue with the individual tickets as well as the “View All Tickets.” This could be a permalink issue. If you could go to OpenTickets > System Status > Tools and run all of the tools on that page. Afterwards, please clear your browser cache and if the error persists please let us know and we will investigate it further.

    Hi, tx for your answer. I did all the things you asked me but still the same result. Actually i also test it on a completely different site with another template because i thought maybe it has something to do with that. Now that result is also exact the sam. The link to view all tickets on 1 site is working perfectly but the individual to print is not. I looked over and over again following your video instructions but i can’t seem to find where the problem is.

    Is there any answer available wich might fix this??

    I’m really getting frustrated with this. I just setup a completely new site on my server with a fresh WP installation and a fresh WC version. Then installed your plugin and configured it right along from your video’s. It gives me the exact same outcome as I had earlier. So the all tickets on 1 page are showing but not the individual ones. I don’t think it’s my bad anymore…
