Link to “Welcome to WordPress 5.0” about page?

    When I first upgrade to WordPress 5, a page was displayed “Welcome to WordPress 5.0” at /wp-admin/about.php which is a useful overview.

    In the Admin screens, is there a link to this page, as I can no longer find it? I shouldn’t have to remember the web address.
