Link User Profiles to AMO Team

    Hello,

    I am using Buddypress for a closed community website and your (amazingly goodlooking) plugin to display the users of the website. However, I need to manually reupload the users’ profile pictures to AMO Team each time they change it, which, to make matters worse, also reduces the quality of the picture.

    So I was wondering if there is a way to automatically link the users’ profile pictures (avatars) to the AMO Team member portraits. I know that this stretches the purpose of this plugin a bit, but I thought maybe you might have a creative idea to find a solution on this. It would also be really sad to lose your great plugin on my website for a small(ish) issue like that.

    Hi Matthew, first of all thank you for all those great words about the plugin.

    1. But yes, you’re right (about stretching purpose of the plugin). And also I doubt that many people use the plugin the same way like you, that’s a very specific use and plugin needs to be as general-use as possible to fit most people. What I could suggest you, is to hire a developer who could customize the plugin for you. That’s what usually people do when they require such specific functionality.

    2. Meanwhile the plugin lacks very basic things in its functionality (which many other team plugins have), things that most users require, and these are the things on which I’ll focus my efforts in the next year or so.
