link (web address) allowing people to subscribe

Hi, may I contact you regarding your plugin. In fact , I could insert a module on the home page but I wish also create an article to promote ( communicate ) in my newsletter but I do not find the link (web address) allowing people to subscribe. Being French I hope you understand my request ? In fact, I want to know how to check that web address I can fit into my article to allow people to subscribe to my newsletter . Thank you in advance.
