link with another link variable

  • I need to manually put a link in my editor that links to say
    /disclaimer/?THE_END_LINK

    Then I need on /disclaimer/ to put a url something like

    Continue

    …. I do not have the background to know how to do this – can anyone show me?

  • I don’t understand what you’re trying to do, can you please rephrase it? When including code, please insert it within backticks or else the forum software will try to interpret it and things get messy.

    Sorry about that!!

    I need to pass a URL variable that is another URL – so it would be

    <a href="/discliamer/?THE_VARIABLE_URL">See our testimonial</a>

    and then on the disclaimer page it would be

    blah blah blah <a href="THE_VARIABLE_URL">Click here to continue onto the actual testimonial</a>

    This is because our client needs, not as a popup, but as a full page, a standardized disclaimer before each of the 20+ testimonials and then have that disclaimer forward them onto the correct testimonial.

    If there is a better way / plugin that can accomplish that I am all ears.

    I would try a plugin like this:

    That one hasn’t been updated in a long time so it may not be your best choice, but there’s likely something else similar out there.
