Link with language in the URL

    Hi,

    I′m using your plugin Page Link To, it is awesome.

    But, for the first time, I′m configuring a multilanguage site. The URL structure is example.com/en, example.com/de and example.com/pt.

    It it possible to use your plugin and maintain the URL structure? I know it is possible to one language, but for multiple is it?
