    Hi @jpalinkas,

I think with the free version this is not possible. However with the pro version, AutoSocial: https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/autosocial/ line breaks are supported. Thanks,

I just looked at the video for the pro version and I could not find anything about entering any formatting information. Can you show me where this is done?

    Thanks,

    Hi @jpalinkas,

The formatting in the pro version can be done on the setting page for the social network or on the post edit page itself. I have created some screenshots so you can see all this in action: https://imgur.com/a/IJQuv2f

    Thanks,

Yes, I see the output, but I am an IT guy, so I am trying to understand how it is does. On the setup page, am I entering WP editor, HTML, markup language, special codes, etc. I am trying to understand how much flexibility I have with the formatting. I also do not want all of the other functionality. All I want is a simple lite-weight LinkedIn poster.

    Thanks,

    Hi @jpalinkas,

There’s flexibility with the formatting, but yeah it depends on specifically what you are trying to achieve. Part of the pro version is priority email support so I can work with you on how we can achieve the end result you are trying to achieve. The pro version has many users and they are doing all sorts of things with formatting and the plugin is flexible enough to meet their needs. So if doesn’t meet your needs, let me know and I will try my best to help.

AutoSocial is written in a lightweight way and only loads things as you need them i.e. if you just use LinkedIn, only the LinkedIn tab shows on the post edit page. Thanks,

    Martin,

I appreciate all of the time, you have taken to address my questions, but I can not justify an annual subscription of $50 for line breaks. I will look into other solutions.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi @jpalinkas,

    No worries at all ??

I just want to mention that you can cancel the subscription before the year and that way you don’t need to pay each year, you just won’t get any updates or support once it’s cancelled though unless you renew again. Thanks,
