    Hello,

I have created a lesson with tutor lms and because it is not free I use woocommerce as a monetization. The problem is that if the user clicks on the product/course it does not redirect him to the single lesson page(even if it is connected), instead, the user is redirected to the woocommerce single page. Can you inform me why this happens?

    Best Regards

  • Dear @stevendigital

We are using WooCommerce only for monetization. So students have browse courses from the Tutor LMS course page. If you click on the product then you will be redirect to WooCommerce single product page, I hope you understand.

    Thank you.

    Hello @largbasket,

I understand what you say, but here is a problem that i came up. You may use the woocommerce as monetaization but a product must be present for it to be monetaized and have a price. So the /shop page must be draft and the products also, if I do not want the users to go around on this pages. Or the robots. But if I draft the products then I can not add a price on a paid plugin. I think that this must be approached from a different angle if you have the option of woocommerce monetization.

Also on a video of the plugin I saw that if choose to make a course paid, then a woocommerce product is automatically made. Even if i tried a with a couple of lessons, I could not do it. I deleted the plugin and erased all data from DB. Nothing either.

At your earliest convenience, please update the documentation of the plugin.

    Best Regards

    Dear @stevendigital

The product will be automatically create if you will use the Tutor LMS Pro. With Tutor LMS you will sell course not the product. So students have to browse crouses from the course not from the WooCommerce shop page.

    Thank you.
