Linked In LINK (How To)

    I am trying to get a link to my linked in Profile onto my WordPress pages and the text is per the below. I also have another sites’ “widget” that is supposed to get linked in a similar manner.

    Can someone please help me with an explanation of how to do this is I wanted it to show up on /all/ my pages as well as an explanation on how to do this for only one Post or one Page?

    I’ve tried pasting the text into a Post/Page but it shows up as simply text. Do I need to paste it in as a link for a Page/Blog? And if so is there a way to do it so that it shows up on all the pages?
