Linked offsite content w/comments

I use the plug-in ‘Page Links To’ (https://txfx.net/wordpress-plugins/page-links-to/) but I also want users to be able to comment on my site about those stories from other locations. When you current click on ‘Post a comment’ on my site, it takes you to the story on another site. Is there a way that when a person clicks on MY ‘post a comment’ link they can leave a comment on my blog?
