Linked products and custom bubbles disappeared

    Hello!

    I just had a strange issue occur. I included a few products that are in the category “gas grills”, inside a new category I’ve created called only “grills”. When I did this the custom bubbles as well as linked cross sell products for these products disappeared, and I can no longer add this again (when I save it just doesn’t get saved).

    I’ve never had any issues with products being included in multiple categories before.

    Any idea what might be causing this issue?

    Hi there @isabella92,

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the categories.

    To troubleshoot this, I would recommend deactivating all your plugins, only leaving WooCommerce as the active plugin to rule out any possible plugin conflicts.

    If that does not help, please try switching to a default theme like Storefront and check if the issue persists.

    Once that is done and the issue persists, please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
