Linked Trustindex Account Not Formatted Correctly on Elementor

Hi there,

Our review widget was created on a pro Trustindex account, which was then linked in the Trustindex Elementor widget. It was working normally until today, where the layout was displaying all the reviews vertically all at once even though it was supposed to be a slider format.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, recreating the review widget, but the same problem occurs. When I log back into Trustindex to edit the review widget, it also shows the same format problem, and automatically corrects by itself when I start editing the widget.

Temporarily, I just added it using the short code option but the widget does not provide the same customizations as adding it linked to an account. I hope you can shed light on this issue. Your guidance on this is much appreciated.
