• Hello Tagembed Team,

I recently purchased the Pro Plan in order to create a LinkedIn Feed on a company website I’m developing in WordPress Elementor. Everything works fine except the auto update feature. Information for your pro plan states, that update times are around 30 minutes. But even after 24 hours there is no auto update to the feed.

I created the feed via the company url option and have not set any moderation or auto moderation.
Options are set to auto update the feed.

At first I tried to embed the feed via JS. Today I installed the tagembed plugin to my website and recreated the feed from scratch, but that also didn’t to the trick to get the feed to auto update.

I’m hoping to get some help in this regard, so thank you very much.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Same issue here – just noticed it (last update was 1 month ago). So came here to see, if there was a fix. I do not see a fix – but looking at the link that @punkconnoiseur provided, this feed is recent. Can you let me know what you did to fix it?

    Thanks,
    Astrid

Sorry for the late reply. In the meantime i think the issue fixed itself:

As mentioned I installed the Tagembed plugin for WordPress and created the LinkedIn feed from scratch there. I also activated the auto moderation function and set a simple rule to filter by handle (the handle of my client feed in this case) and the condition “public”. Since then it is updating regularly with a delay of not more than a day. Occasionaly i have to manually moderate certain posts that slipped through the auto moderation and were deactivated previously. But that’s not happening very often.

I hope this helps anyone with the same issue.
