Hello – does anyone know if anyone from LoginRadius reads these posts?

Linkedin works. That’s 1 out of 4. The other 3 I have setup – FB, Twitter, and Google, all return errors that I pasted below.

I also have a post on this forum about LoginRadius not working with the Simple Modal popup – and it seems to be related to the same thing.

Keeps saying my “canvas url” is wrong. My url is:

    https://gremita.com

That’s what I have in the domain setting on my LoginRadius account page and that’s the domain I have listed when I got the API’s from the social networks.

Does anyone have any ideas why this isn’t working for me? Did I miss a step somewhere?

Seems strange that Linkedin is working but none of the others.

    Thanks!
    Rob

    Hi Robg48,

For Facebook error, navigate to your Facebook app settings page (that you used for facebook configuration in LoginRadius account) and disable Sandbox mode.
For other providers, follow the provider configuration steps in “Social ID Providers” section in LoginRadius account.

    Hope this helps!

Okay – man, did I have that completely screwed up! Sorry about that….I used the “doc” view for instructions under the “Social ID Providers” and completely spaced the text and highlighted lines above….

Thank you – it’s all working perfectly now!
