Linking multisites in different languages

Before I install this plugin, I want to ask if it will do what I think it does.

I’ve read the documentation but it’s still not clear to me how this plugin works.

Here’s my setup:

I’ve created a website at https://www.example.com/en/.

I intend to duplicate this using the NS Cloner plugin in order to create https://www.example.com/cn/.

I will manually change the content in the /cn/ site by pasting in my own translations.

Then, I want to link all pages of the site using the language switcher, so that https://www.example.com/en/post-1 is tied to https://www.example.com/en/post-1

Is what I’m intending actually possible?
