Linking Pages to Categories

Hey there

I am currently trying my hardest to get these categories to display on certain pages.

IE New Post (Frank), check the Blog category, and publish.

Now in theory once I click on the blog link on my page, that new post (Frank) should appear on that page….but it doesn’t.

I am using Graphene theme

I have been working on this for ages and I can’t get my head around it.

I dont know a lot about permalinks, and I have tried a couple plugins but no joy

PLEASE HELP!!!
