Linking pages to menu options

Hi. I have added several pages and several menu options to my webpage. Whenever I upload a page though the page links to every menu option and thus shows up under every menu option. I want to link one page to one menu option respectively. How do I do this? I am horrible at using technology so thank you for your help and patience!
