Linking posts and pages together (premium)

    Hello.

    I just installed your plugin (premium version) on my site: https://authoritynutrition.com/

    Really loving the plugin, well done!

    I have one problem though, I want to be able to link posts and pages together.

    As in, I want to be able to display posts as related to pages, and pages as related to posts.

    When I tried to do this before, I went into the post/page editor to set things manually, but on posts I am unable to select pages as related, and vice versa.

    Any idea how to do this?
