Linking Thumbnails To Attachment Pages?

Hi I’m trying to link the thumbnail images on my homepage, https://www.sketchfile.com to the attachment page ( https://www.sketchfile.com/?attachment_id=356 ) rather than this ( https://www.sketchfile.com/?p=357 ) in the code the thumbnails are currently linked as such
