linking to specific FAQ isn’t working for me

  • I can’t seem to replicate the format required for linking to a specific FAQ. I’ve read the docs and did exactly what it says, but when I copy the URL to a specific FAQ on my site, I get Page Not Found.

    Is this functionality broken, or am I doing something wrong?

    I tried to replicate your mentioned issue but I didn’t get Page Not Found error. Can you please create a ticket on ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’ with the URL and the admin access of your site? so that we can check how you have setup on your site and do the same setup at our end.
