linking two posts via a custom taxonomy
-
From the description of your plugin, it seems like it should be able to solve my problem, but I’ve been struggling with it for several hours without joy. I have installed it, and am able to customize a short code and have it display some posts. However, I can’t configure it to select the posts I want. Hence this question.
I’m trying to create a very simple exhibits listing that shows a link to the museum where it’s taking place at the bottom of the exhibit description. So I have a set of posts that describe exhibits (category: exhibit) and a set of posts that describe museums (category: museum) and a custom taxonomy MUSEUM that links the two. For example, I create a term moma, which I assign to both types of posts. So the post about the Museum of Modern Art is assigned MUSEUM=moma, and the description of the latest exhibit, e.g. Picasso Exhibit, is also assigned MUSEUM=moma.
When WordPress displays the Picasso Exhibit Post, I’d like your plugin to embed a post listing for the Museum of Modern Art. Is this possible?
Thank you.
