Multiple partners, the same customer – who gets the commission?

    If one customer clicks on links from two different partners, which cookies will work? Who will be charged the commission? First or last cookie used?

    Thanks for the message.

    If you have the “Allow multiple affiliate coupons to be used in the same order.” option enabled, then by default, it will replace the cookie first the last person that referred the customer.

    With that option disabled, referral URLs will only apply the coupon code for the first affiliate that referred the customer. If the customer clicks one link, then clicks another after, it will not replace the coupon/cookie for the last referrer, unless it has expired or the customer removes the coupon code from their cart.
