Links adding '#'

I am having issues with my main menu warping the URLs of pages, causing them to either display incorrectly or not at all.
The main site https://www.pandoracrisis.com
if you click say “comic” from the main menu, it will take you to the correct page, but if you click “next”, it will take you to “https://www.pandoracrisis.com/comic/page1/#/comic/page2/” instead of “https://www.Pandoracrisis.com/comic/page2”
This issue is not only causing problems with images not linking properly, but also causing the comments section to not load on pages it should.
Has anyone come across this issue, or have any suggestions on how to correct it?
