Links alway go to home page

    Every time someone subscribes, the links sent to the subscribers goes back to the home page rather than either confirming the subscription or receiving the download. Can’t seem to fix this.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting us. This is due to enabling of link encryption feature in the backend settings which checks if the download link has been clicked from the same browser from which the subscription has been done or not. This feature is to prevent the direct link sharing.

    May be you can mention this in the success message of the form. Or also you can disable it if you don’t want the link encryption then the direct link will be sent in the email.
