I posted an item to a Facebook group. My post had a link to a Google Document which is a public document – anyone (who knows the link) can add to it.

The FTS Facebook widget shows the hyperlink as it was in the Facebook post, but it shows as plain text in the widget – not as a clickable link.

As well as that, the widget shows “Attachment Unavailable. This attachment may have been removed or the person who shared it may not have permission to share it with you.”

Thanks for you inquiry. Can you please provide an example link? And then a link to your actual group so we can see what is going on. FB adds new api calls all the time for newer options so that could be it, but without seeing an example it’s hard to say.

Sorry I do not see a google document post on the link you provided. https://jogscotland-lochaber.org.uk/

That’s because other group members have been posting – I’ve increased the number of posts on the widget and bumped my post so you can see it.

Ok I see the issue, and it’s normal. The problem is that FB keeps adding more different types of API calls for companies info to display. As you’ll see the post just above that google one is showing the same error message, basically just more work we need to do to make some of these other posts info show up proper. As time goes on we will, we are just 2 dudes who have a day job too, so bare with us ??
