Links and parameters home page

  • When i click the “learn more” links it comes up at a site with an error:
    Unauthorizes: you may remove the customize_messenger_channel parameter for an example.
    Also I can’t add new sections and get an empty frame when I click the header section so I can’t fully customize the site.

    How can i fix this asap? I need to launch my website today.

    I have the same problem. In the manage page section I have som logos of the clients and I fill the link section in CHANGE TEXTS AND IMAGES and click apply changes and then save the theme customizer, the link is not saved, but it has this characters in the end of the link ../?customize_changeset_uuid=bd8feb66-2e57-4601-a35a-7ab3b5e876bd&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0

    Could you tell me, what may be the problem and how can I fix it ?. Thank you for any answer.

    UP. I have the same problem. Please fix this we can’t add any links.

    I am having precisely the same problem – never had this issue before with other themes so not happy. Can this be easily solved or not? I can easily change theme if need be.

    I think I may have found a way around the link problem on homepage …
    just drop the www. part from the link address.
    I have just tried it and that has worked – although who knows if it still works later.

    In this day and age I am honestly shocked that there is theme out there were adding simple links to your homepage can be so problematic. Hope the reiki theme designers find a proper solution so other users don’t have to go through the same time wasting headache.
