Links are no longer updated

Hi everyone,
I have a Divi website where I use Enable Media Replace to replace PDFs. Usually, the name of new PDF is different, so I use the option “Replace the file, use the new file name and update all links”.
This has worked reliably for years; however, since recently, links on existing pages are no longer updated. The issue stared after upgrading to PHP 8.1.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, then it worked, but only for 1 file. When I had to replace another PDF a couple of days later, links were no longer updated. I reinstalled the plugin again, and it worked, but obviously this isn’t a long-term solution.

Anyone facing the same issue or has an idea of how to fix it?
