Links Aren’t Working?

I’ve installed the plugin to use with Gallery images. I need to link the images to other pages (outside my website). However, despite entering the “Link URL” field and specifying to open the URL in a new page, the images are not clickable. The lightbox feature is successfully disabled, but nothing happens when you click.
