Links broken in spam folder

    Hi guys, please help me out!

    My download notifications are getting blocked by the spam detector. Even though I can still open the emails, the links seem to be broken. I tried to access the folder via FTP directly, but the files doesn’t seem to work. Is there another way to get the right download links?

  • Via FTP, go to /home/yourhomedirectory/.spamassassin/ and edit user_prefs. Add a whitelist entry:

    whitelist_from *@host-ed.me

    OR

    Lower your required score. Add this line (or change existing, most likely it is 5)

    required_score 2.5
