Links did not update when changed site url

I developed the site in a sub directory https://www.lemarweb.com/lemar/

I went live with it and changed the url to the root while still leaving the WP site in the /lemar/ directory according to this procedure https://marktyrrell.com/2012/09/installing-wordpress-in-a-subdirectory-running-it-from-the-root-directory/.

Everything transitioned great except any links that are included in the Black Studio TinyMCE widgets. They did not update with the rest of the links and still refer to the sub directory which results in a 404 page.

Is there a safe way to update the links site wide in this plugin without having to go into each page and do it manually?
