the answer to your second question: i dont know about a fan page, but check out a plugin called WordBook https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wordbook/

You have something set up wrong, either your general urls, or your permalinks structure

Your links (titles, comments) are malformed, like this
https://www.cheatingdrjones.com/http:/www.cheatingdrjones.com/%post%

what do you have in the permalinks settings?

Also, https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/simple-facebook-connect/ will send your blog posts to your fan page, it will not reciprocate tho (send fan page posts back to WP)

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting and deleting/renaming your WordPress .htaccess file. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.
