links (html) not working after the update

Hi, I have update elementor and then Exclusive addons (pro). I have this template with tabs. they look like radio buttons, and in the title field i added a link – basically a tooltip. The latest update off exclusive addons really messed that up, i had to revert that update so I cannot show you the current site, but i have 2 screenshots:

after i reverted the upgrade:
and this is the screenshot of how i use the code, that was working before the upgrade… could you please tell me what to do? I would like to upgrade but if that is going to mess up my whole site, i cannot…
