I took over this site for a client and added the menus, images, and information in the footer of the site with the widgets:

    https://herodogbox.com/

None of the <a> tags are working in Firefox, Chrome, Safari but everything works just fine in IE 10.

WordPress Twenty twelve with custom theme.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

I just tried a few of the links on Chrome and Safari, and it seems to click through just fine.
Are you still having the trouble?

Yes, I just tried again in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. None of the menu links, social media links, email link or the logo image for the homepage are working.

Sorry, I should say: The top navigation/menu links work fine in all browsers. It is the links in the footer that are not working in Firefox, Chrome, Safari.

OK, I see what you’re saying now. The links work in the header and footer – they both send you to the correct page. However when clicking the footer links, no content loads in the page that the links send you to. I originally misunderstood your issue, thinking that the links didn’t even send you to another page.

Are you using the Pages widget in the footer, or are you coding the links in a Text widget? I don’t think it should matter, but if your header menu is getting your content to show up, maybe the Pages widget would work better than manually typing an <a href> link.

I used the custom menu widget for the navigation, used a text widget for the Contact Information and a text widget for the Social Media.

I will try the Pages widget and see if it makes a difference and let you know.

    Thanks! ??

OK, I used the Pages widget for both menus in the footer and the links are still is not working in Firefox, Safari or Chrome. It works great in IE10. Which for the life of me…always in the past IE has been the problem.

Have you thought about getting rid of the ‘-1‘ z-index on the main div (body .site)?
