Links in markers

Hello,

Is it possible with this plugin to click in the marker and a go to a link from that?

An example: I make a web for trips, and I put a map with markers for each place where a trip is offered. When I click in a marker, I want that a brief description appears and also a link to go to a page with all information of that trip.

Is it possible? With the free version, pro version or both?
