• Hello!

When I send per-post notifications to my subscribers, the links in the body of the email used to be clickable. However, it looks like for the past 30+ days, the links have been sending out as just text, forcing the user to copy/paste it into the browser (or worse, just delete my email without visiting my site!). I haven’t changed any settings, and this has never happened before with this plugin.

Below is my email template. Can you help me figure out what is going on?

  • @iec-courtney,

Whether the link is clickable or not will depend on 2 things:
    1) Whether the email is plain text or HTML (if it’s HTML is more likely clickable links will work)
    2) The email client used to read the email. Some clients will identify HTML links and urn them into clickable links – others don’t.
