links in setup don’t work

I get a 404 page when trying to set up. Probably because I did not instap wordpress in the root but in a subdirectory. I got through the proces by manually adding subdirectory ‘folders’ in the url. I would appreciate a look at this ‘bug’ for my install. The plugin looks very promising!
