  • By default links in PDFs are usually clickable. Can you share a URL or something I can see?

    Look at the second example on this page – the text links to google.com.

    If you’re using private documents, it’s possible you’ve turned off the ability to click on links, but that is not the default setting.

    Thanks for the clarifying post. I see the difference here in that Google Viewer supports embedded links to external sites, but does not seem to support links to other pages within the document itself. (Assuming you’re referencing the “table of contents” links in your PDF).

    Unfortunately this element is controlled by Google and not GDE. If in the future internal linking support is added it will be extended in the plugin automatically, but I would consider this unlikely. The product is not well supported by Google at this point (as many of their projects tend to be).

    Sorry I don’t have more helpful news at this point.

    Thank you for your assistance and time. I won’t hold my breath then on Google adding that feature.
