Links inside website got screwed up

Please help! I just started working on the site https://www.southfloridahotproperties.com and I have been trying to change the links around. I changed the link on the contact page so it says /contact instead of the old page # given. Now all of my links on my posts direct to the contact page instead of the page they were supposed to go to. I reset all of the settings in the “options” to default but it’s still not fixed. Does anybody have a tutorial on links-where to go in the code to find where they are and how to change them? Please help!
