links jumping to wrong address

I have added multiple hyperlinks to the subtext section of the anwers and am now experiencing very strange behaviour where the links jump to strange addresses or the correct address but with extra letters.

for example :

this link: 4.5 comes out at this address: https://www.forestproductivity.co.za/?page_id=678#4.1”>4.1 , Section <a href=

it also seems to remove words but again at strange places like after the second word it would loose a few words and the have the end of the sentence.

I have 6 decision trees on this page https://www.forestproductivity.co.za/?page_id=218 most of which have something weird somewhere.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
