Links missing in admin area

  • Hi,

    I’m missing 3 links in my admin area.

    # Import
    # Export
    # Design

    Any ideas on how to get them back would be appreciated.

    It’s a new blog and and not an updated one. I don’t where where the version number is displayed but it must be the latest.
