Links no longer responding

    Hi there,

    After the last update 4.21.9, the search results that pop up are no longer clickable — that is, clicking the results does nothing. In fact, even the right-click does not produce the usual “Open in a new tab” option, so the results are not producing a link.

    What happened?

    Hi Mark,

    This is a known issue with the latest Pro version, when using the legacy scripts. It affects only a small portion of installations with a specific configuration. It can be resolved very easily, please check the support forums: https://wp-dreams.com/forums/topic/non-clickable-results/#post-36552

    In case you have issues with the Pro version, please use the support or the bug reporting forums in the future, as it is prohibited to discuss it here by the forum rules.

    Hi Ernest,

    I went through your post. I turned on “Minify the generated CSS?” and cleared the cache (setting CSS compatibility to Optimized). However, the links are still not functioning.

    Ah, sorry, I was on the wrong page. I found it, changed to Minify, and voila. Thanks Ernest.
