Links not Appearing

I am working on a WordPress blog:

It uses WordPress 2.9.1, and I added the “Neptune” theme.

Before I added the theme, the “Favorite Links” and “Blogroll” links showed up. Now they don’t even though the links are set to be visible in the Dashboard.

I am wondering if the theme uses a different page name for that function, that may be rendering that function ineffective. I would like to go through all the .php pages one at a time, but don’t know PHP very well. What PHP function is used to display links? Is this function usually included on a particular page? (I am hoping I can simply copy the function onto a newer page.)

Any other advice or suggestions?
