Links not changing

I’ve installed the plugin and set up associate IDs, but the links don’t appear to be changing.

For the first two links of the review, I manually linked to an affiliate URL. For the last link (just “1Q” is linked to the Amazon page for the speaker), the link is not modified. Can you see what’s causing the issue? I’m not doing any caching plugins.
