Dear all, first of all really a great plugin you got there! I am the administrator of a Photographer website and galleries are the core of the business. Your plugin is so easy to use and – even if I am still in the testing phase to switch from our galleries to this – very good to see! As of now I only have one problem : when hovering over the pictures the link to the specific picture is shown and the name of the file as well. You see, all the pictures are protected so nothing can be downloaded etc…but I don’t want to display even the link, then the naming and details of uploading will be unveiled. Can this be blocked somehow? Thanks! BR, Andreas

    Hi?aokiji89,
Greetings. Hope you are doing well.

Regarding your query, I really appreciate your interest in Image Gallery Block. Currently, we paused the development process for our single block plugins and we are now more focused on the Essential Blocks plugin. But I will definitely discuss this about our Dev Team and when we resume the development on this and if the Dev Team find this feasible they may add this feature in future releases.

For now, I would like to suggest you to use EB Image Gallery from Essential Blocks instead.

Hope you understand. Please let me know if you have any other queries.

    Thanks and Regards.

    Hi Nayeem!

Thank you very much for the quick answer. I downloaded your recommendation and found happily that it’s nearly the same, only improved furthermore and included in the whole essential topic. But my question remains on pc – the link is still visible. Can this be blocked somehow?Thank you very much.

    Best regards

    Andreas

    Hi?aokiji89,

Greetings. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

To remove the image link on hover, you can disable the lightbox from the settings. This will prevent the image link on hover, but it will also disable the image preview. You can check that out here: https://d.pr/v/MZKocg

We will recheck that with our team and provide you with an update if there are any.

    Thank you.
